“I don’t come to work, I come to play”
Lucas Lobo
Lucas Lobo feels a 100% sense of fulfillment and satisfaction from his work. He mentioned that the most captivating aspect of his works is “students” because spending time with them makes him not feel like working, but gives him enjoyable time and memorable moments. Furthermore, he feels passionate about teaching his subjects; business, and graphic design to the students. He relishes a lot of freedom to explore creative ideas for teaching. This kind of freedom leads to fostering an engaging learning environment with his students. Because of that, it is possible for him to have the funniest moments during the classes.
Lucas Lobo’s satisfaction with his work at EAC continues to grow with the passing moments. He feels joy every day through an interaction within the EAC community. The act of parking, walking the campus, and communicating with teachers and students with greetings “Good morning!” gives happy moments to him. The moments spent teaching in his classroom infuse him with a sense of happiness and energy that fuels his teaching efforts. He enjoys the diversity that EAC offers, with students and teachers coming from various countries
Even for someone as dedicated as Lucas Lobo, there are less enjoyable aspects of the work: one such aspect is the process of grading each student’s work, which makes him annoyed. Occasionally, he assigns a lot of assignments to the students in Business and Graphic design classes, but he remembered he had to grade everything he assigned. Moreover, it is difficult for him to assign value to students’ assignments. He thinks each assignment contains precious value. Lucas Lodo dislikes the tasks of grading students’ assignments.
Especial Aspect of Lucas Lobo

Lucas Lobo thinks learning a new language is to learn more about the world. His curiosity was particularly stimulated by the Korean language (Hangul), as he desired to understand the conversation of his Korean friends. At EAC, the number of Korean students increases, so it attracts his curiosity about the new languages with different cultures.
When he started working at EAC, he was driven by a desire to convey his respect and interest in his Korean students, ensuring they never felt isolated. Furthermore, he wants to demonstrate his mind to embracing diverse cultures. He started on the path of learning Korean himself through the use of online resources. He received various advice and help to learn from his students. Recently, Lucas Lobo started learning Korean with Mrs. Debora, a Korean teacher once a week for 40 minutes. His ability in Korean is fluent in the aspects of speaking and writing. Also, he created a Korean notebook to take notes.
