Are you excited about the field trip coming in September? Here’s some detailed information about where the 7th graders are going and what you will do there. It will be not only full of entertainment but also academics!
On the first day of the field trip, you will leave EAC at 6:30. Don’t forget to arrive before 10 minutes! If you want, you can bring your own snack, but we will provide some snacks, too.
You are expected to arrive at Itamambuca Eco Resort in Ubatuba at 11:30.
It is a beautiful resort with swimming pools. (Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit!
Students will eat lunch at the hotel and prepare for the first activities.
You must wear appropriate clothes with long pants, a T-shirt, comfortable sneakers and a cap
There will be no change in clothes or access to rooms until the afternoon
At 1:30 pm, you will visit the Boa Vista Indigenous Village.
You will have an opportunity to talk and watch a cultural presentation with the indigenous people, and share their cultures and daily lives! There will also be painting, crafts, and archery workshops that you can enjoy.
In the evening you will go back to the resort, check-in, take a shower, have dinner, and do recreational activities.
On the second day, students need to wake up and have breakfast at the hotel at 7:30. Students will be divided into two groups and do some activities in rotation. (Bring some snacks for the morning and afternoon!)
Don’t forget that in each group, there are two sections divided. Please remember where you are on the day
Starting with Group 1, at 9:00, Group 1A will have a surf lesson while Group 1B will be doing trail and crab watching. At 10:30, Groups 1A and 1B will switch!
At 12:00, students will take a shower and have lunch at the hotel. After lunch, both Group 1A and 1B will depart for the Tamar Project.
If you are in Group 2, you will start with the Tamar Project and then return to the hotel at 12:00. You will have lunch, and at 2:00, Group 2A will head to the surfing lesson and Group 2B will go to trail and crab watching. At 3:30, Groups 2A and 2B will switch the activity!
Both Groups will have leisure in a hotel until 8:00 pm after all the activities. Take this time to enjoy the hotel facilities!
After taking some rest, there will be Luau with decorations, DJ, and dinner at the hotel!
On the last day, the wake-up time and breakfast time will be set up the day.
You will have lunch at the hotel at 1:30 and return to Campinas.
As Ubatuba is far away, you are? expected to arrive at EAC at 6:30 p.m.
